The 7th Grade B Bearcats left it all on the field as they hosted Belton Middle School in a gritty, high-intensity matchup.

From the opening kickoff, the Bearcats came out playing tough, relentless football. Defensive leaders Carlos Silva Corral, Jayveon Lott, and Gabriel Macias set the physical tone for the night, anchoring the group with big-time tackles to keep Belton’s offense contained.

On the offensive side of the ball, Jayveon Lott found paydirt, taking it in for a rushing touchdown to keep the Bearcats right in the mix. However, costly turnovers ultimately proved to be the downfall for the Bearcats, as Belton squeaked out a narrow 12-6 victory.

Despite the tough loss, the Bearcats showed tremendous heart and determination all night long.
