BELTON - The Lamar Bearcat 8th Grade A football team dropped a hard fought game to Belton Middle School by a score of 8-6 on Tuesday night at Tiger Field.

The Offensive Players of the Game were Cederius Mathis with a passing touchdown and , Zyaire Flowers with a touchdown reception.

The Defensive Players of the Game were Paxton Slay and Cruz Martinez.

The Big Hit Award went to Marcus Smith.

The Bearcats will return to action on October 29 where they will face the Travis Mustangs at Wildcat Stadium beginning at 5:15 pm.
