The Lamar Bearcat 7th Grade A boys basketball team opened their season on Thursday with a 55-32 loss to South Belton.

The Offensive Players of the Game were Zyaire Flowers with 16 points and Mehki Austin with 6 points.

Defensive Player of the Game was Jacob Reyes.

Also in the scoring column for Lamar were Jacob Reyes with 6 points, Major Goodmen with 2 points and with 1 point each were Paxton Slay and Brayden Wells.

Lamar will return to action on December 12th when the will host North Belton beginning at 8:00 pm.
