WACO - The Lamar 8th grade girls track & field team opened the 2025 season by participating in the Waco ISD Invitational held at Paul Tyson Field on Wednesday.
Azaria Staples was the top performer for the Lady Bearcats with a silver in the 400, bronze in the triple jump and placed 5th in the 200 meters.
