HEWITT - The Lamar 8th grade boys track & field team closed out the 2025 season as they participated in the CenTex District Track & Field Championships held at Midway High School on Tuesday.

The Bearcats were led by Zyaire Flowers who earned a bronze medal in the triple jump and placed 5th in the high jump.
