The Lamar Lady Bearcat 8th Grade B basketball team defeated Bonham Middle School by a score of 23-13 in their season opener.

The Lady Bearcat Players of the Game were Lyric Lott with 9 points, LaTearra Rivers 7 points, & Kayliana Ward with 2 points.

Also for the Lady Bearcats, Isabella Bischoff with 3 points and Ariyonna Love-Brown with 2 points.

Lamar will return to action on December 3 when they will will travel to Belton to take on Belton Middle School at 6:30 pm.
