BELTON - The Lamar Lady Bearcat 8th Grade A basketball team defeated Belton Middle School on Wednesday evening at Tiger Gym by a score of 16-12.

The Lady Bearcat Offensive Players of the Game were Lyric Lott with 14 points and Isabella Bischoff with 2 points.

The Lady Bearcat Defensive Player of the Game was Kayliana Ward.

Lamar (2-0) will return to action on December 10 when they will will host the Travis Science Academy at 8:00 pm.
