The Lamar 7B hosted Belton on Dec. 3, and it was a thriller from start to finish. The game went into overtime thanks to Tristen Nickles sinking a clutch, game-tying free throw. Unfortunately, the Bearcats came up just short, falling 25–22.

Jimmy Caudillo led the team with 7 points, while Jafari Bennett and Jervaughn “Tank” Hudson added 6 points each.
