TEMPLE, Texas — On Wednesday evening, the Lamar Middle School 8th Grade Boys Cross Country team competed in the Broncho Middle School Cross Country Meet held at Crossroads Park in Temple.

Jordan Wells was the sole athlete representing the Lamar Bearcats in the 8th grade boys' 2-mile race. He turned in a solid individual performance, navigating the course to complete the run in under 18 minutes.
