BELTON– The Lamar 7th grade boys and girls cross country teams participated in the Belton Invitational at Heritage Park in Belton on Wednesday.

The Lady Bearcats were represented by Juliette Shaw (68th) and Victoria Oviedo (87th). Shaw ran the 2 mile course in a time of 20:11 and Oviedo in 21:39.

The Bearcats were represented by Jakob Ellinger (59th) who completed the 2 mile course in a time of 18:39..

Lamar returns to action on October 8 when they will compete in the District Championships that will be held at Lions Park.
