The Lamar Bearcat 7th Grade A boys basketball team opened their season on Thursday with a 57-5 victory over South Belton.

The Offensive Players of the Game were Di'shann Overton with 26 points and Aakeem Abddeen with 16 points.

Defensive Players of the Game were Di'shann Overton and Truewin Waller.

Also in the scoring column for Lamar were Truewin Waller with 10 points, Brandon Sepada with 3 points and Brayden Tobe with 2 points.

Lamar will return to action on December 12th when the will host North Belton beginning at 7:00 pm.
