The Lamar Lady Bearcat 8th Grade A basketball team fell to Belton Middle School on Thursday evening at Bearcat Gym by a score of 24-10.

The Lady Bearcat Players of the Game were Sha'kyhria Freeman with 5 points, Nicea Williams 2 points and Makayla Pendleton with 2 points.

The Defensive Player of the Game was Azaria Staples.

Lamar will return to action on January 27th when they will will travel to McGregor to face River Valley at 6:30 pm.
