SALADO - The Lamar Bearcat 7th grade boys basketball team participated in the Salado Tournament on January 25th. Here is a recap of the games from Saturday's tournament.

Lamar fell to Copperas Cove Junior High by a score of 31-29. The Players of the Game were Di'shann Overton with 15 points and Truewin Waller with 5 points.

Lamar fell to Salado Middle School by a score of 40-30. The Players of the Game were Di'shann Overton with 20 points and Aakeem Abddeen with 8 points.
